Voice Data: If you use voice practice mode, audio recordings are processed in real-time for transcription purposes. We do not store raw audio recordings after transcription is complete.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party partners (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, and Stripe). We do not directly store your full credit card number or payment details.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers to optimize your experience and provide support.

We use the information we collect to:

- Process your account registration and manage your subscription

- Generate AI-powered practice scenarios and grade your responses

3. AI and Data Processing
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to simulate tech support conversations, grade responses, and provide coaching. Your conversation inputs are sent to AI services for processing but are not used to train third-party AI models. We retain session summaries and scores for your progress tracking.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI services)
- Company Administrators: If you join a company team, your administrator may view your learning progress and activity within the platform
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords (bcrypt), secure session management, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your account information and progress data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
